What is a sailing flotilla in Greece?

A group of sailing yachts which sail together in a pre-designed itinerary consist a sailing flotilla. A flotilla is always accompanied by a leader-captain/ skipper that his main responsibility is to organize the whole fleet of boats. Also, the captain sets the followed route & helps participant parties with navigation tips.

“Flotilla” yachts can differ in size & can be chartered in whole or in part. Singles, couples and small groups who do not have any relation with each other, can take part in flotillas. Great way to make new friends & discover new places!

Sailing flotillas belong to the bareboat category of yacht charters (without crew). Galazio Sailing does not organize flotillas with all the above details however, our staff in the position to best organize 2, 3 or even more yachts for sailing in a group.
