Good to hear from you. Yes we are all safely back in South Africa and wishing we were back in Greece. It was a most enjoyable time and on behalf of my sons, Dominic and James and John Oxley from Zimbabwe, I would like to thank you most sincerely for your splendid organization and thoughtful help both before and during our stay in Greece. It is much appreciated by us all.

As requested, I have completed your questionnaire, below, and it goes without saying that we will all promote your services to our friends and contacts. We are in the process of sorting out all the photographs that we took and I will send you the one of the two of us as soon as I can. How would you rate the organization of the charter from Galazio Sailing Ltd?

Excellent!

How did you find our services at the departure & returning base? And the check-in/ out procedure?

Excellent!

How would you rate the overall condition of the yacht?

Excellent! There were one or two minor defects already mentioned to you, namely, the broken seat in the salon, the inadequate stove and a small puncture in the inflatable dinghy.

In case you hired a local skipper, any comments on the skipper’s performance?

Alex & his companion, Marouska, really made the holiday for us. Apart from his professional approach to sailing the vessel, he went out of his way to introduce James, Dominic and John to the great experience of handling a sailing boat. Marouska was a charming asset to have aboard and apart from all her help on the cooking side was so helpful in all aspects of our social activities; they have both become firm friends of ours.

Would you tell others (by email & upon request) about your experience with our company?

Absolutely! In a day or so I will be talking to a friend of mine, Dr Carides, who may well get in touch with you, and of course I will recommend you to all my friends and contacts.

Please, feel free to make any comment/ suggestion/ recommendation regarding our services.

One recommendation I would make, is for the provision of back cushions for the seats in the cockpit.
