Hello Vagelis,

Thank you so much for the beautiful holiday at the Saronic Gulf. This was our 5th time sailing in the Greek waters with your company. As all the previous charters, your organization and boat were perfect.

This time we visited Poros, Hydra and Spetses. After visiting Acropolis we had a calm night at Alimos marina. We thought to sleep our first night at the marina, it was the best way to prepare our new crew members – Ivan’s family. After sleeping on a gently sweeping boat they didn’t experience seasickness at all.

Next morning, we departed early to Poros island. The Russian bay was crowded and we decided to anchor at the port. Walking, shopping and taverna were all nice. Next morning, we went to Hydra island. While sailing round the Peloponnese, the sailors had their fun part – nice wind and waves, women were calm. We couldn’t see dolphins this time though. Hydra was beautiful, as always, and ZZTop helped us fill our water tanks. Our preferred taverna “The dry olive” (Xeri Elia) offered us delicious dishes again. Wonderful town – anybody should visit it! We departed around 10am the next day – we were 1st line anchoring and had to wait for the other colleagues in front of us to depart too. The weather was calm and we took our 3 hours sailing butterfly – very nice!

Our next destination was Spetses. We stayed one night at a bay on the south side of the island. The night was moonless and the sky was full of stars – the Milky Way shined with its beauty.

The next morning, we proceeded to the Spetses port. The Mama’s bar was waiting for us there! It’s our favourite bar with excellent draft beer and a nice place to spend some hours for Ivan’s birthday. The next day, we were at Hydra again – there is something magical with this city. We went on walking, shopping and visited the “The dry olive” again! Mandraki bay is located about 30 minute walking east from the city and is a very nice place indeed. The bar offers draft beer too! We had a lot of time on Friday morning – our target was Alimos marina. The sailors had their fun time again during the last part of our trip. Sunny Athens greeted us and we’re looking forward to see some more of it the next time.

Once again, thank you Galazio Sailing!

Zhivko, Emo and Ivan
